Mumbai: With the aim of achieving a three percent market share over the next five years, Volkswagen, Europe’s leading car manufacturer is working continuously towards strengthening and providing the best of Volkswagen to Indian customers. In a bid to further enhance its customer centric initiatives, the Brand has launched an add-on extended warranty option and a post-monsoon car enrichment and rejuvenation service across its carlines.

The Add-On warranty has been introduced to protect customers whose cars are beyond warranty from any unexpected repairs. Alternately, customers with an existing extended warranty also have the opportunity to buy Add-on warranty for 1 year/20,000km whichever is earlier. Maximum limit of availing Add-on warranty is till 7 years OR 125,000 km whichever is earlier.

Further, with torrential rains being witnessed in most parts of India, the postmonsoon car enrichment and rejuvenation package allows customers to refresh and correct minor damages that may have occurred while driving through the monsoon season. Customers buying the service Value package can also avail a complimentary 3M Interior Enrichment Treatment and special benefits on 3M Car Care products. Both the Add-on warranty and Service Value Package have been created to provide existing and potential customers with peace-of-mind and a seamless after-sales service experience.

  • Volkswagen will offer free road-side assistance and discounts on repairs to affected customer vehicles

Mumbai/Cochin: Volkswagen, Europe’s leading car manufacturer has announced extended support and services for vehicles affected by the untimely floods in Kerala. Due to heavy torrential rains that lashed the city of Kerala and the subsequent water logging condition, Volkswagen has announced free road-side assistance and special initiatives in support of affected customers.

Customers in Kerala can avail the free road-side assistance by dialing 1800 102 1155 or 1800 419 1155. Under road-side assist, affected cars would be transported free of cost to the nearest Volkswagen dealer. To ensure customer support at this crucial time, Volkswagen has issued flood-repair guidelines across dealerships for a standardized repair approach and has geared-up technical support staff and parts supply chain in the region. All affected customer vehicles will also be supported with benefits on the service repair invoice by Volkswagen dealer partners in Kerala.

The Volkswagen team is closely monitoring the status of all vehicles under repair to ensure quality repair and necessary actions.
