Volkswagen India strengthens aftersales presence in Hyderabad with new workshop facility

Hyderabad: Volkswagen India has announced the inauguration of its new workshop, Volkswagen Deccan, in Hyderabad. This further strengthens the brand’s aftersales presence in one of its key markets in South India. The new facility reflects Volkswagen India’s continued focus on improving accessibility and delivering a seamless ownership experience.

Volkswagen Deccan operates as a split sales and service set-up. While the showroom has a display capacity of eight vehicles the new workshop that is located at IDA Uppal Industrial Area is equipped with 23 service bays. Supported by a team of skilled professionals, including 75 service and 42 sales personnel, Volkswagen Deccan offers comprehensive aftersales support, including Express Service, Mobile Service Unit support and Volkswagen Assistance.

This strategic enhancement expands Volkswagen India’s network in Hyderabad to 6 sales touchpoints and 5 workshops. Across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, the brand has 23 sales touchpoints and 13 workshops. The expansion reinforces Volkswagen India’s commitment to bringing quality service and aftersales support closer to customers in the region.
