for 365 days of Hustle

  • This Activity is organised by Volkswagen Passenger Cars, a division of Skoda Auto Volkswagen India Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Volkswagen”)
  • Participation in the activity is purely voluntary. You are not required to pay any money for the participation in the Activity.
  • This Activity is open to bonafide citizens of India over 18 years of age in their individual capacity.
  • Employees of Volkswagen and their direct relations are not eligible to participate in the Activity.
  • You are required to post images / videos of Volkswagen Taigun Car by tagging @Volkswagen_india and using the hashtag #HustleModeOne.The Activity ends on 22nd September 2022.
  • Volkswagen can curtail or extend the Activity period, as it deems necessary 
  • Entries are deemed to be received only upon receipt of the entry by Volkswagen’s social media account . 
  • Don’t forget to tag @Volkswagen_india and use the hashtag #HustleModeOne if you are submitting the entries via a social media platform. 
  • Images / videos of the Volkswagen Taigun only will be considered for the Activity.
  • You hereby give consent to Volkswagen to use the images / videos shared by participating in the Activity.
  • Multiple entries are allowed per user/ Instagram account.
  • No responsibility is accepted for any entries that are incomplete, tagged incorrectly, unreadable, ineligible, corrupted, misdirected, lost or delayed or are unable to be sent/ published due to technical or transmissions failures of any kind or any other reason. 
  • Participation in the Activity constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions of the Activity.  
  • The Activity requires you to ensure that your  social media account settings allow for public view during the duration of the Activity. In the event Volkswagen is unable to verify the entry due to incorrect account settings, the entry will be considered invalid and voided.
  • Entries will be selected on random basis upon fulfillment of the criteria stated for the Activity.
  • There is no prize or compensation for this Activity.
  • Volkswagen reserves the right to use the assets submitted by you for advertising activity (Print or digital mediums)
  • Volkswagen is not liable for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by you as a result of participating in the Activity or any injury or damage to you or any other third Party’s personal property including but not limited to a computer or mobile telephone relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading/uploading any materials in connection with the Activity.
  • You warrant that the submission in the Activity is your original work and you are the sole and exclusive owner and rights holder of the submitted work, and that you have right to submit the work to the Activity and grant all required licenses. You agree not to submit any entry that:
    a. infringes any third party's proprietary rights, intellectual property rights, industrial property rights, personal or moral rights or any other rights, including without limitation, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, publicity, or confidentiality obligations.
    b. otherwise violates any applicable laws and regulation
  • All entries submitted must NOT contain material which is (or promotes activities which are) sexually explicit, obscene, pornographic, violent (e.g., relating to murder, the sales or use of weapons, cruelty, abuse, etc.), discriminatory (based on race, sex, religion, natural origin, physical disability, sexual orientation or age), illegal (e.g. underage drinking, substance abuse, computer hacking, etc.), offensive, threatening, profane, or harassing or which is otherwise inappropriate, in the sole discretion of Volkswagen, nor may the name submitted contain any derogatory references to Volkswagen or any other person or entity including brands or trademarks of Volkswagen or any other person or entity.
  • Volkswagen does not assume any liability for any unlawful or unlawfully produced content entry.
  • Volkswagen reserves the right to remove, at its sole and absolute discretion, any submission deemed inappropriate or that is not in compliance with the terms and conditions of the Activity.
  • Volkswagen reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Activity at any time at its sole discretion, no claim in this regard shall be entertained.
  • By participating in the Activity, you consent to Volkswagen for the use of their personal information (including personal sensitive information, if any) like name, email id, mobile number, photo, etc., as requested by Volkswagen in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Activity and Volkswagen shall have right to store, process, access in India or overseas for its use. .
  • Volkswagen may take your audio, videos, etc., for publishing your name and other required details on various social media platforms. You hereby consent that Volkswagen will use the images, videos shared by you in the Activity as well as your personal details, photos shared by you and have no objection to publish across social media platforms or other platforms, including your name, photo, age, experience, place and other personal details. 
  • You unconditionally and irrevocably allow Volkswagen to reproduce the images / videos shared by you and post them on Volkswagen’s various social media handles, within India as well as outside the territory of India including Volkswagen’s authorized Dealer’s social media handles.
  • You also provide consent on behalf of the person who are part of the photos / videos shared by you and shall agree and abide by all terms and conditions mentioned in this Activity.
  • Any provision in the terms and conditions which is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason by any court, governmental department, body or tribunal, or in any applicable jurisdiction shall be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability and will not invalidate or render unenforceable the remaining unaffected provisions hereof and should any provision be held invalid or unenforceable in an applicable jurisdiction such provision shall not be invalidated or rendered unenforceable in any other jurisdiction.
  • The entries submitted by any individual under this Activity or otherwise shall be treated as his / her own independent personal views and submissions; Volkswagen and its affiliates does not acknowledge or agree on any such contents and further shall not be held liable for any defamatory, abusive language used and loss occurred to any third party.
  • You shall indemnify Volkswagen or its affiliate from any loss that may occur to Volkswagen or its affiliate due to non-adherence to these terms and conditions or due to submission of abusive, defamatory tweets/posts/contents submitted for the Activity.
  • Volkswagen reserves the right to remove, refuse or cancel access to you without any reason thereof and shall be under no obligation to provide any benefits accrued under the Activity.
  • Volkswagen shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of participating in this Activity.
  • Activity is subject to force majeure events and situations beyond control of Volkswagen and its business associates. 
  • Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Activity shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only.
