Mumbai/Ahmedabad – Volkswagen Passenger Cars India announces an extension of its flood support initiative to customers in Gujarat. The onslaught of heavy monsoon has impacted several regions of the state. As a responsible brand, our endeavour is to support our customers as much as possible in these challenging times.

Volkswagen India is offering Complimentary Roadside Assistance (RSA) at no additional charge to Customers from Gujarat. Along with 24X7 free Roadside Assistance, standardised support towards repair estimation and parking at dealerships is being offered until August 31, 2023.

In addition, detailed and comprehensive service check of the vehicle will be undertaken to ensure flood related damages are timely repaired. Necessary standardized repair guidelines have been issued across dealerships and the company will ensure adequate manpower and availability of spare parts across dealerships to ensure quick service experience.

This initiative was introduced earlier this month for the regions affected in North India - Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and UT Chandigarh.
