SynFuel

SynFuel is a synthetic diesel fuel (designer fuel) made from natural gas, and has already been successfully tested by Shell and Volkswagen in a joint fleet trial. SynFuel is free from sulphur and aromatics, and therefore has a great potential for low harmful emissions. Driving tests have shown a reduction in the hazardous substance content of the exhaust gas by up to 50% compared with conventional diesel fuel. SynFuel is crystal clear, colourless like water, and free from sulphur. It can be used in normal diesel engines and also mixed with conventional diesel without any problems.
